Introducing the SSP

The Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) is a five-hour auditory intervention created by Dr. Stephen Porges to reduce stress and enhance social engagement, resilience, and emotional regulation. Grounded in Dr. Porges’ polyvagal theory, the SSP aims to calm physiological and emotional states, facilitating improved communication and therapy effectiveness. With over 40 years of scientific research, SSP has shown positive effects in a number of areas, including emotion regulation, social difficulties, anxiety and trauma. It is a non-invasive therapy, which can be conducted at home under remote supervision.

I am a certified SSP provider, offering the SSP to individuals aged 18 and over
(subject to assessment)
