Screening Questionnaire
Complete the Free Screening questionnaire
This gives you an initial indication of whether the SSP is likely to be suitable for you.
SSP Assessment
If the screening questionnaire indicates no contraindications, you are welcome to book a no-obligation SSP Assessment (£50). You will be provided with a booking link along with your screening results.
Book the SSP
Once you have completed the assessment and are happy with your personalised programme, please book the SSP. You will receive a link after indicating your informed consent.
